Across our divisions, we are proud to have over 200 dedicated technicians, and we extend our gratitude to our HSE team for keeping them safe at all times, often providing the photos you’ll see in our gallery.
The Challenges of Summer Work
During the summer, HVAC techs brave extreme conditions, often working in attics and rooftops where temperatures can soar above 120 degrees. This environment poses significant risks, requiring technicians to stay hydrated and avoid heat stroke to effectively do their jobs and keep us cool.
