ORLANDO, Fla., March 26, 2026 — Hunton Group announced today that Convergentz, a Hunton Group company, earned first place in the Associated General Contractors of America’s Construction Safety Excellence Awards (CSEA), a national recognition of safety and health programs across the construction industry.

The award was presented March 26 at the AGC Annual Convention in Orlando. The CSEA program evaluates the full scope of a company’s safety management system, including leadership involvement, employee participation, risk management and continuous improvement.

Convergentz advanced through a national selection process to become a finalist among AGC’s nearly 27,000 member firms, including approximately 9,000 specialty contractors.

As part of the final evaluation, the Convergentz team presented its safety program live at the AGC Annual Convention, participated in a formal question-and-answer session and was evaluated by a panel of safety and risk professionals representing construction, insurance and technology organizations.
